Terms of Service — WireLoot / TechNow Deals

Effective date: September 20, 2026
Operator: WireLoot (“TechNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated from the Dallas, Texas area, United States.
Site: WireLoot (local and any production domains we designate), including the deals catalog, tech news aggregator, digest signup, and deal submission features (the “Service”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service, or you must use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

1.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted on the Site.

2. Description of the Service

2.1 Deals. We curate and display third-party product deals (often via Amazon Associates and similar programs). Prices, coupons, stock, and eligibility change frequently and are controlled by retailers—not by us.

2.2 News. We aggregate and summarize tech headlines for informational purposes. News content is not investment, legal, or purchasing advice.

2.3 Digest. You may subscribe to a daily or weekly deals roundup. Delivery may be delayed, incomplete, or stubbed in preview environments.

2.4 Submit a Deal. You may suggest deals for editorial review. Submissions are not published automatically and may be approved, rejected, or ignored at our sole discretion. Approval in our review tools does not by itself place a deal in the live catalog.

3. Site Use & Accounts

3.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not disrupt, scrape abusively, overload, or attempt to compromise the Service or other users.

3.2 You may not: (a) reverse engineer or bypass access controls except as permitted by law; (b) use automated means to harvest content at a scale that harms the Service without our written permission; (c) misrepresent affiliation with TechNow; (d) submit malware, spam, or fraudulent deal tips; (e) infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.

3.3 We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

4. Deal Accuracy, Prices & Availability

4.1 No guarantee. Listed prices, discounts, coupons, shipping estimates, tax, and availability are provided “as is” from public or affiliate sources and can change without notice. A “deal” may expire, sell out, or display incorrectly.

4.2 Verify before buying. Always confirm the final price and terms on the retailer’s checkout page. We are not responsible for retailer errors, canceled orders, or price differences between our Site and the merchant.

4.3 Editorial flags. Labels such as “price error,” “ends soon,” or similar are editorial signals only, not warranties.

4.4 Coupons. Sample or user-submitted coupon codes may be invalid. Do not rely on a code until the retailer accepts it at checkout.

5. Affiliate Links & Advertising Disclosure

5.1 Amazon Associates. As an Amazon Associate, WireLoot earns from qualifying purchases. Deal outbound links may use our Associates tag (e.g., technowdealsq-20).

5.2 Other affiliate, referral, or sponsored relationships may apply and will be disclosed where required.

5.3 Affiliate compensation does not increase the price you pay solely because you clicked our link, but commission structures are set by the merchant program.

5.4 News articles and “News” sections are informational; they are not buy buttons and should not be treated as purchase offers.

6. User-Submitted Content

6.1 If you submit a deal tip, feedback, or other content (“User Content”), you grant TechNow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, review, edit, and display that content for operating and improving the Service.

6.2 You represent that you have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

6.3 We do not promise to publish User Content. We may remove it at any time.

6.4 Do not submit personal data of others, trade secrets you are not authorized to share, or content that is defamatory, deceptive, or illegal.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Service—including branding, layout, original text, logos, and software—is owned by TechNow or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws.

7.2 Third-party trademarks (product names, retailer marks, social platform icons) belong to their owners. Use on the Site does not imply endorsement beyond disclosed affiliate relationships.

7.3 You may not copy, scrape for commercial reuse, or redistribute our original editorial packaging without permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing and fair use as allowed by law.

8. Third-Party Sites & Social Links

8.1 Links to Amazon, other retailers, news sources, and social profiles (X/Twitter, Facebook, Threads, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

8.2 Some social destinations may be placeholders (“invite pending” / “coming soon”) until we publish a live URL.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEAL OR NEWS INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHNOW AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY DEAL, PRICE, COUPON, OR NEWS ITEM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify TechNow against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information (such as digest email addresses or submission details) is described in our Privacy notice. For the local MVP, data may be stored in local files on the server environment and is not a production-grade security commitment. See Privacy.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You and TechNow consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

14.2 These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject.

14.3 Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

14.4 We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization; you may not assign without our consent.

14.5 Headings are for convenience only.
